*EDIT*Michael not only discussed the potential issues prior to his visit, but took the time to explain the system and solutions to each issue. He went step by step through each component, ruling out what wasn't the cause of our problem. Honesty and integrity are becoming rare in the world today, and we were happy to see he practices both. Weir was the first to respond to my request within minutes and they were at my house same day within an hour or two. Very professional and thorough with their diagnoses and they even were able to lookup my units warranty to save us some money along with a few upgrade options. I highly recommend Weir! I am a home service business owner and appreciate good customer service as well as give it.
